Flawless Weather for CMA Fest and the Pacific Northwest
Crisp air and low humidity are delivering perfect outdoor weather to the Tennessee Valley and the Pacific Northwest today. See where the nicest weather is.

Perfect Patios in the Pacific Northwest and a Flawless Start to CMA Fest
Y'all, the weather map is telling two very different stories today. While our team tracks a repeat severe weather setup with large hail across the Plains, a massive area of high pressure is doing some heavy lifting for the eastern half of the country.
According to the Weather Prediction Center, this high-pressure system is going to keep most of the East completely dry through the end of the week. That is leaving us with some incredibly comfortable, low-humidity air in places that are usually starting to feel pretty muggy by early June.
The Tennessee Valley Hits the Jackpot
If you are heading to Nashville for the start of CMA Fest today, you could not ask for a better forecast. Just up the road in Clarksville and Murfreesboro, we are seeing rare "Perfect" scores of 92.0 on our nice weather index.
The humidity is exceptionally comfortable right now. Dewpoints are hanging out in the upper 40s and lower 50s, which means the air is going to feel crisp and dry. With high temperatures staying in the lower to mid-80s, it is an absolute 10-out-of-10 day for outdoor live music or grabbing a patio breakfast.

Pacific Northwest Dominance
While the Southeast feels great, the absolute top spots in the country today go to the Pacific Northwest. Tri-Cities, Washington, is sitting at number one overall with a 92.0 score, joined closely by Spokane and Eugene, Oregon.
The air out West is incredibly stable right now. You can expect high temperatures right around 76 degrees in the Tri-Cities with abundant sunshine and very light winds. Tomorrow looks just as good for the region, with Medford, Oregon, taking the number one spot and holding onto a Perfect score for Friday.
The Sunscreen Caveat
Before you spend all day outside, there is one catch to all this clear sky. We are seeing UV index levels hitting 7.8 to 8.5 in these Perfect zones. That is high enough that you will definitely need active sun protection if you are spending the afternoon at a ballpark or standing in a festival line.
A Pristine Saturday in Minnesota
Looking ahead to the weekend, the crisp air shifts slightly. By Saturday, northern Minnesota is going to be the place to be. Places like Hibbing and International Falls are locking in Perfect scores for Day 3 with high temperatures averaging a pristine 78 degrees and virtually zero chance of rain.
