On Saturday, a dry and comfortable airmass settles over the Upper Midwest. Duluth, Minnesota, takes the absolute top spot in the country with a Perfect score of 92.0. We are talking high temperatures near 80 degrees, brilliant sunshine, and dewpoints in the upper 50s. It will feel incredibly refreshing.
Minneapolis is right behind in the Beautiful category. If you are heading out to Target Field to watch the Royals play the Twins on Saturday evening, the weather could not be better for baseball. Just remember that UV levels are elevated during the day, so grab a hat and some sunscreen if you are out on the lakes before first pitch.
Festival Weather in New York

San Jose and San Francisco hit the Perfect tier with scores of 92.0. You can expect completely clear skies, zero chance of rain, and high temperatures averaging a flawless 72 degrees. It is the kind of weather that makes you want to spend the entire day outside.
